SWFL Paver Pros is an advertising and referral service operated by Pinecrest Advisory Services. This page explains exactly what that means.

We are not a contractor

We do not perform paver sealing, cleaning, repair or installation. We hold no contractor licence and make no claim to one. Every job discussed on this site is carried out by an independent local company.

What happens when you call

The telephone number on this site is a tracking number operated by us. Calls to it are forwarded to an independent paver company serving Cape Coral and the surrounding area. Calls may be recorded. You will hear an announcement to that effect before the call connects, and if you would prefer not to be recorded you can end the call at that point or contact us through the quote form instead.

Florida is a two-party consent state for recorded communications. The announcement exists so that consent is informed and given before any recording begins.

How we are paid

The contractor who receives your enquiry pays us — either a fixed monthly fee for exclusive access to enquiries from this site, or a per-enquiry amount. You are never charged, and what you pay for the work is a matter between you and the contractor. We do not mark up their pricing and we take no share of the job.

What we do with your details

Your name, phone number and description of the job are passed to the contractor so they can quote. We keep a record of enquiries so we can tell whether the site is working. We do not sell your details to third parties, and we do not pass them to multiple contractors to bid against each other — one site, one contractor.

The guidance on this site is general information about paver work in Lee County, not professional advice about your property. Permit and drainage rules in particular change and vary lot by lot; confirm anything that matters with the City of Cape Coral before relying on it.
