Best time to call
Weekday mornings. Paver crews are usually on site by mid-morning and harder to reach through the middle of the day, and during the dry season — roughly October through April — the schedule fills up a week or two ahead.

- Rough driveway size, or the number of cars it parks
- When it was last sealed, if ever
- Whether any pavers rock underfoot or have sunk
- Whether it is a driveway, a pool deck inside a cage, or both

What happens when you call
The number on this site reaches us, not a call centre. If we can answer the question on the phone we will, including when the answer is that you do not need the work yet. If it needs someone to look at the driveway, we pass it to one local paver company that covers your area, and they contact you to arrange the assessment. Your details do not go to a list of contractors who then compete for you by phone.
What to have ready
None of this is required, but it makes the first call much shorter. Roughly how big the area is, even paced out. Whether it has ever been sealed, and when. Whether anything moves underfoot. Your ZIP code, because that decides which company covers you. A photo taken standing at the end of the driveway is worth more than any description, and you can send it after the call.
What we can settle on the phone
A fair number of calls end without anyone booking anything, and that is a reasonable outcome. Whether your driveway needs sealing this year or next is usually answerable from a description and a photo. So is whether what you are looking at is dirt, organic growth, efflorescence or a failed seal — those four look similar and have different fixes, and getting it wrong is how people end up paying to strip a sealer they only just applied.
What cannot be settled on the phone is price. Cost on a paver job is driven by condition rather than square footage, and condition is not something anyone can assess down a phone line. A firm number quoted sight unseen is either padded to cover the worst case or will change on the day.
If you are calling out of season
Between June and September the honest answer is often that sealing should wait for the dry season. That is not a brush-off. Cleaning, re-sanding and repairs are all far less weather-dependent, and they are the parts that protect the driveway structurally — sealer protects colour. Getting those done in the summer and holding the seal for the first reliable dry stretch is the sequence that gets you a better slot as well as a better result.
Calls are recorded
You will hear a short announcement before the call connects. Florida requires both parties to consent to recording, and that announcement is the consent notice.
